They do not accept Medicaid and their front desk receptionist was rude I would highly not recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service and bad attitudes all around! These clinic is NOT patient focused!

NP Chandra Keele is rude. She books a lot of patients and wants to only spend a few minutes. She told me that another Dr had called off so she was very busy and could only spend a few minutes with me. Well I don't get to pay you half when you double book. Does not even listen to your problems. She even yelled at me during one of my visits and refused to fill out my paperwork. She seems nice when you don't have a lot of questions and just in for a regular checkup. But when things are complication, her true side shows. Beware of NP Chandra! Only go to her if you want a quick physical, but is you want someone patient that actually cares she is not the one. She... read full review
