In September 2022 I went to Body Focus for injections and was charged $263. I paid with my credit card. The next day they called me and said that their computer system hadn't processed my card so they wanted my card number so that they could input it again. I gave them my card number. When I got my credit card statement there were TWO charges for $263. I called them and they said they would try to figure out how to do a refund back to my card. I didn't see a credit on my next bill and I called again. They said they had made a refund to my credit card so I thought it would be on my next statement. NOT!! I called again and they sent me a 'receipt' showing that they gave me the refund. Waited for the next statement. NOT on this one either. I called the credit card company and they gave no record of receiving a credit transaction for me from Body Focus! To this day I have not received my refund. When I called Body Focus they said it was my problem to take up with my credit card company!!

Lucy has a huge reputation for being hateful. It's a well known fact that she is the boss, and treats people poorly. Dr Ahmed, you need to address her attitude or your ratings will continue to plummet.

I called to make an appointment. The rep over the phone was very short. The website showed services that weren’t offered at the location I was hoping to go to. Instead of being informative and offering similar services that were at the local location the rep hung up as I was mid-sentence, to ask what services where available.

Great experience with Lucy!! Beautiful, elegant office and medical center. Regarding the other reviews; we need to remember that small businesses and people in our community are struggling deeply with affects of Covid, and this is the time to extend extra kindness and grace. I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Body Focus Spa, was treated very well, and look forward to making this “my place” for medical spa treatments.

Was hoping my first facial treatment would be relaxing & enjoyable but Lucy at Body Focus Medical Spa made my experience very unpleasant. First when she walked in the room she didn’t care to explain the Microdermabrasion Process. She was very unpleasant and wanted to know why my appointment was booked on Groupon because she would only be making about $15.00 for my appointment and next time I better book directly. She was very aggressive and harsh while she work on my face. The entire treatment took maybe 5 minutes, the rest of the hour I was waiting. Not to mention during the treatment Lucy continued to make rude comments such as that my freckles (which I was born with*) was sun damage because dark skinned people like ourselves don’t get freckles only white people do. This was one of the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. I was insulted, treated unkindly and had a ruined lunch hour which was supposed to be relaxing. I will never return to this place and I hope that the people reading this will save there money and go elsewhere.

Terrible service had a “microdermabrasion” appointment. Most unpleasant woman sat me down and dabbed a couple of places with the diamond pen , then ran a towelette over my face and put a cream on my face. The whole exchange took about 5 minutes. My face looked no different, most of my face was not even touched by the pen. Having had various microdermabrasion facials in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Midland, never had I had a sad experience like this. Usually my skin is glowing and I feel relaxed. Instead I left this place appalled.

Unprofessional..had a photofacial somewhere else for the first time.and then when for my second treatment to body focus medical spa because they were cheaper.well bad decision it was nothing like the first one i got the first time i don't even think that was a photofacial to be honest..i don't recommend this place
