I was extremely nervous about my appointment. But since the moment I walked in a felt an ease. Everyone beginning with the front receptionist were so kind and friendly.
Even the whole consult ran smoothly never was it painful or scary. We discussed a plan the get what was needed so that really fit my budget. I’m very glad I choose Bliss!
I had to switch dentist due to change of insurance. So far every time has been surprisingly pleasant! Everyone is friendly and the dentist always has great tips! The dental hygienist has done a great job cleaning my teeth as well!
I also want to add that Laura, at the front desk, went above and beyond for my son today. His mouth was severely hurting and they could only see him at a certain time. That time clashed with another one of my appointments. But, Laura told me that she would hold while I rescheduled my appointment. I was able to reschedule my appointment and as she waited for me! My husband recently had a procedure done here. They were able to get him in quickly. The dentist was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything, making the visit comfortable. The front desk staff was also warm, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The only downside was our interaction with the finance coordinator. Unfortunately, she came across as rude and impatient when discussing payment options, which took away from an otherwise excellent experience. We would absolutely recommend this office for the quality of care and the amazing dental team, and we hope they can improve the financial side of the patient experience.
