I would not recommend them to anyone. You can’t get through to talk to a person and they take days to call you back. I had a dental emergency and couldn’t contact anyone during regular hours. Very unprofessional staff. The dentist was fine but the rest of the staff not so much.

The office staff was rude in person and over the phone. The male who performed my cleaning was inappropriate and unprofessional. The exam room was soooo dirty dirty and unsanitary. I went for a consultation and will not be going back for their services.

Today was our first time going to this Bliss location. We usually go to the Odessa located. The Bliss location in Odessa contacted this Midland location to schedule both my kids’ cavity fillings because it’s the only location that has laughing gas which I requested for them. I got txt reminders for both of their upcoming appointments and thought everything would go smoothly. It did not go smoothly at all. When I arrived to the Midland location they had me fill out paperwork for both my kids. Then the manager calls me back saying they didn’t know why we were there. I explained the other Bliss made the appointments with them because we requested laughing gas. Then she starts to argue with me and even states that my kids are too young for the gas. (They are 9 and 11 and have had it before). I had to call the Odessa location to have them resend over everything and call to talk to her. After much more arguing she said she would do what she could to have them seen. So finally after 2hrs of waiting we get called back. They gave my son service but then refused to service my daughter. The manager cancelled her appointment! She then tells me they can’t help her because they didn’t have a management plan for her even after the other dentist office emailed her the referral with the exact teeth that needed filling! It totally made no sense and she couldn’t make it make sense to me. I feel like she cancelled her appointment on purpose out of spite. I will never be coming back to this dentist office. The doctor was great! The manager very much lacked customer service and communication skills. My daughter left in tears because she was already having anxiety about the dentist and wanted to get it over with but now I have to find somewhere else to take her. I usually don’t write negative reviews or ever have problems with people. I felt this needed to be shared.

Bottom of the barrel. Not only was the office dirty (bugs, holes in the wall, dirty bathroom), they didn’t finish my appointment because it was “time for lunch”. I asked how long it would take to fill the cavity and the dentist said 20 minutes tops, but I would have to come back later in the day or another day because it was time for lunch. When I questioned that with the scheduling assistant, she got sassy and said, “I don’t work through lunch.” When I called back later that day, it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. The only thing good about it was my dental hygienist, Burt.

Charged me $99 for 2 minutes of their time to tell me my $5000 bridge that they made me and only lasted 2 years was broken and it would be another $5000 to replace it. They don't care about you at all. A lot of money for a senior citizen.
