Reid, our technician, arrived and identified our problem after a thorough inspection. He then explained the problem and presented a solution. He was courteous and “knew his stuff”. His services were covered by our fall and spring service inspection agreement.

I’ve had Billy Black HVAC come to my house 2 times over the past 5 years when it was completed being built. Black HVAC installed the HVAC ON the new construction. The first time the problem turned out to be a builder oversight and the technician fixed the problem nevertheless. This time it was a part wearing out from normal wear and tear. I have been surprised at how efficient, knowledgeable professional, and courteous both technicians have been (Jeremiah and Garrett )were. Completely recommend Billy Black HVAC without reservation.
