This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. Yes, I admit that I parked in the wrong spot and rightfully so I was towed. Therefore, after being towed by Big Daddy's Towing they ruined my axil to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had to be replaced ($600). Big Daddy Towing I'll be filing a lawsuit with you guys due to this action. They had the worst customer service where they tried to have my car on their lot to make more money. They slapped a green sticker on my driver side window, which still hasn't fully been able to come off after repetitively trying. Also, they wrote on the back of my car, which was another process to scrubbing off repetitively. While waiting to get my car finally they had me wait for 20 minutes before I said something to someone on the lot cause my car was boxed in. All in all, worst experience I have had in my entire life.

Not only were they 45 minutes late they damaged my car with a strap. I called and the lady said send me pictures and we will take care of it. I did so and never heard back. The driver also put his greasy hands all over my car leaving grease all over it. I would not use this company. After they said they said they would take care of the damages, here we are three weeks later and no payment for the more than $1700 worth of damages.
