Dr Dimri & Dr Nathani are awesome, I have been a patient for years. However, since they have moved to Basin Care full time, you can no longer schedule appointments and as a self pay, I pay what is expected of me at the first, every time, but every time you go in afterwards you always always have a "past due" balance. Every single damn time. This has knocked me out of seeing the doctors again. Ridiculous, someone needs to be more accurate with the fees. If it's 80 up front fine, if it's 500 up front fine. Don't constantly tell me I'm good just to say I always have a past due balance every time I walk in the damn door. We live in the time of mega technology. Why can't a little drs office be more accurate??
