NP Chandra Keele is rude. She books a lot of patients and wants to only spend a few minutes. She told me that another Dr had called off so she was very busy and could only spend a few minutes with me. Well I don't get to pay you half when you double book. Does not even listen to your problems. She even yelled at me during one of my visits and refused to fill out my paperwork. She seems nice when you don't have a lot of questions and just in for a regular checkup. But when things are complication, her true side shows. Beware of NP Chandra! I’ve been a patient for a few years. There has been lots of turn over in office/nursing staff. Generally poor service in that area. Professional staff seems good. I don’t think I’ve been to an appointment where i didn’t wait at least 30 minutes to see the professional staff. Today I have been here for 1.5 hrs. It’s frustrating being a patient here.

Today they let me go without giving me a result that they should have given me on the 10th of this month of March 2020 and they canceled my appointment twice and today I went and they didn't inform me what I had, they just gave me my record as if I were an animal or that I was asking for alms, I inform you that I always pay with my medical insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE THE WORST!
