I’ve had two treatments and both went great thanks to Casey! I was super nervous both times lol but Casey talks to me and calms my nerves and is very patient. She makes the whole experience great!

I just finished my 3rd treatment for laser hair removal of my upper lip and chin. Casey has done all three treatments and is great to work with! She does a great job of explaining the entire process and making sure I’m comfortable the entire time.

Kacy did a great job with my treatment. She was professional, thorough, and very personable!

They suck, they beyond suck. I had my first appointment in FEBRUARY.. mind you, it’s already mid-April and I still haven’t been seen again.
The first time they texted me to late to re-schedule because they were going out of town, cool .. the second time I had a rash on my face so I couldn’t go. (This was the first of March) so she tells me she’ll call back to reschedule because she doesn’t know a time yet. I never received a call back, not only that but when I texted.. she responds that they’re short staffed so she doesn’t know when someone can help me. I text the following week, she still doesn’t know a time. So I text again the following week after that, oh now they have an “electrical problem” and their laser isn’t working, but she. PROMISES she’ll have a today the following week. So I text AGAIN, the following week.. “ I promise I’ll have an update soon” tf is going on here???? You’ve been promising an update for MONTHS NOW. Not to mention every time you try to call it goes to voicemail, they’re the absolute worst people to deal with. I’ve literally gotten to use one of my sessions so far and if there’s a way to sue..
