Awesome staff, very friendly and attentive. They are very honest, and if you don’t have dental insurance they do offer something called a resolution plan at much lower cost for self pay!
About Allington Dental & Braces
Allington Dental & Braces offers friendly and professional dental care to the Midland, TX community, making visits simple and stress-free for patients of all ages. The staff is described as accommodating, with a clean environment and efficient service. Many patients appreciate the helpful receptionist and the quick procedures, such as tooth extractions. However, some concerns have been raised regarding customer service from a specific tech, particularly with minors, and the lack of privacy due to a community exam room setup. Overall, Allington Dental aims to provide quality dental care while accepting most insurance types and offering payment options, including a plan that can save families money on dental needs.

My granddaughter went there to get a cleaning. The tech that does X-ray was very rude with her. She lied and said my granddaughter was ok with letting another girl before her. She was there from 8:30 till 10:50 am because of this tech. The dentist and receptionist were very accommodating but this tech needs to be trained in customer service with minors.
