I booked a Saturday appointment over a month ago, and specifically requested that I wanted my teeth cleaned and that I would be driving 2 hours for the appointment. They said that that would be ok, but Id also have to get my checkup done, which I agreed to. When I showed up for my appointment at 11am, they said that they couldn't go thru my dental plan because of an issue that they couldn't clarify with the insurance company because it was as Saturday. Then they said they couldn't do a teeth cleaning because they were going home early because it was a Saturday. Arlington dental staff themselves and their new Ortho that comes out there twice a month. they're really good. really good people. it's the old dentist that used to work there Dr. Grover me. I was supposed to have dentures within parcels within 2 to 3 months. August makes a year I had after him. another Ortho surgeon and both of them I'm not going to be able to wear. probably the the bottom dentures they didn't shave down clip any of the phone and this one had to go in behind and Chase the bone down and couldn't do any more than that because it was supposed to be done while my gums were open and there's permanent damage that I have to live. like now it's not Arlington....read full review
My granddaughter went there to get a cleaning. The tech that does X-ray was very rude with her. She lied and said my granddaughter was ok with letting another girl before her. She was there from 8:30 till 10:50 am because of this tech. The dentist and receptionist were very accommodating but this tech needs to be trained in customer service with minors.
