I take all of my fur.Babies here. Everyone is wonderful from the lovely ladies. That check you in to the vet tech and the vet. They really seem to care. I feel they are very thorough. My last visit was to have a tumor removed from my dog's neck. It could have been a scary time, but they were very reassuring and the incision was picture perfect. She healed very quickly. And the scar is barely there. I highly highly recommend this place. There is a true compassion for animals here. My only regret is.I did not find them sooner.

Never answers calls. I've called everyday within operation hours, left my contact information on a message. 3 days later no call back. I don't understand they used to answer my calls. They also wouldn't see my hamster for and emergency and my animal passed away the next day before the appointment. I even told them it was an emergency. It upsets me that I can't help my dog because the phones aren't ever answered by a person so I can set up an appointment. She's not feeling good at all and this was the one vet I've been going to for my animals. I don't think I will need the service of this place anymore.

IT IS THE WORST VETERINARY CLINIC ON PLANET EARTH!!! I PAID $700 for international travel certificates for my pets and it was 20 days in advance they collected my money and told me that they would arrive in three days, the day of the trip arrived and the permits never arrived, I called the ladies to return the money since my permits had not arrived and they said no, that they were not going to return anything to me and that I should call the state to give me information about my permit, I called the state and they told me that THEY HAD NEVER RECEIVED A REQUEST FOR PERMITS I TRAVEL WITH MY DESCRIPTION OR MY HUSBAND'S DESCRIPTION OF THAT CLINIC. I'VE BEEN ROBBED…. READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I dont care to leave negative reviews but when it comes to my fur baby and other peoples fur babies and money I felt it necessary. My appointment time was not honored for my first visit. Was scheduled for 10:30AM seen at noon. Blood work was the next step to finding out what could be wrong with my cat. Blood work was taken, and my cat who is ironically calm at vet visits, was slobbering from stress, panting and not happy after they brought him back to me. They took him to the back to collect blood. Didnt do it in front of me or in the exam room where I was in. I left the appointment as I had to return back to work. Paid $188 (+ $55 new patient fee) for blood work and was told I would be called with results. I received the phone call that day which was great! He was given a diagnosis and I was told meds would need to be picked up. I will admit it took some time for me to go pick up the meds. Regardless, I had sent my boyfriend to pick up my cats meds and he was sent home with a stress collar that I could have picked up at walmart. Of course, I called back thinking we could sort out the confusion and pick up the correct medication. I was told that “we told them” he was stressed and thats why they gave us the collar. I explained his bloodwork and that I was told he would receive medication for the diagnosis explained on the phone. I was put on hold and was then told my cat would have to go back to get retested even though it has only been 11 days since his last blood test. In short, dont take your sick animal here. You wont get answers or the medication your pet needs even after $240 later…

My little cockatiel was having some problems I didn't know what was wrong and I came in with no appointment but they took him in anyways even though they were already booked.(I would recommend an appointment though to make things easier) but they took great care of him and gave me medicine and lots of helpful information. If it wasn't for them my bird might be dead, I am eternally grateful. Thank you for saving my best friend ❤️

Dr. Todia is so good. We had a couple dogs with health issues and she helps take such good care of them. I’m so glad to have found her (it was years ago) and would recommend her to everyone.

Brought my P.Dog Ike here when he got sick. They did all they could for him, even performing CPR ? if he were younger I have no doubt they would have saved him. Everyone was so courteous and genuine. Will definitely make this my pets place. The critter place was nice to stroll through as well. I was expecting a high vet bill but it actually wasn't.

A to Z refused to honor the county spay & neuter voucher after assurance they participated in the program when I set my appointment. The Midland Humane Coalition stepped in to help me resolve the issue and claimed my voucher request was submitted. However, A to Z never held up their end of the deal. The City of Midland animal shelter recently suffered from a distemper outbreak & well over 100 dogs had to be rescued from the shelter or euthanized. Dr. Wilson from A to Z called the mission to rescue these animals “Stupid & irresponsible” on CBS7 news. If you'd like a greedy, heartless veterinarian in charge of your pets healthcare, then you found the right place.
