The arrangement was 4 hours late and when we called to ask about them they said they were busy and had no idea when it would be delivered. The arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. They didnt even use the same flowers. The arrangement is pretty but it isnt what I ordered.

Husband ordered valentine flowers balloons bear and chocolate,bear chocolate and balloons where not delivered,had to wait to get them on a Monday since they where closed on the weekend and yes rude customer service,and never once apologized about there mistakes and wasn’t worth what he payed for ……..!!!!!!!!!Thumbs down ??

Whoever works there named Nancy is rude, godforbid don’t ask questions about your order. 1st and last time I’ll order from her, plenty of other places locally with better customer service.
