We are gate guards in the oil field and are currently at a gate in Midland. We lost power early this morning and couldn't get a technician to call us back at all. Sean called us back and, even though he couldn't get to us right away, he walked us through some things and we were able to find the problem and get it fixed. He spent over an hour on the phone and wouldn't let us pay him. We will absolutely call him again and recommend him to all of our friends in this area.
