Some of the nicest & friendliest people I've ever met work here. The entire place is decorated really nice too. This is my second experience fixing the heel of my boot and a pair of heels, and they've gotten me right every single time. They were also inexpensive too. So, I highly recommend them for the services I've had done.

I waited for only 10 minutes and they replaced the heel cap on my pair of dress shoes. I would only recommend that they update their address. I went to the address posted on Yelp and they had moved away. Luckily they weren't to far away at the new location.

Been getting my shoes repaired by Willy for years! Love the location on Tripp & Galloway. It's like walking into a country music video. And walking out with your shoes or boots done right!? ??
