The stylist did not know what she was doing. I asked to have my hair pulled through a cap for highlights and trimmed with layers. I normally do my own highlights but figured since I needed a trim that I would do it all at once. The stylist put the cap on upside down and then started pulling hair from the bottom up and couldn't figure out why the hair was coming out of the bottom holes. I ended up paying twice as much as I should have cause she didn't know what she was doing.

I was referred by a colleague..... My visits were with Trina... Great work (silk press) with my thick, almost BSL length hair. When I arrived for my appointment, she was waiting and ready to start. Received numerous compliments after my first visit with her. Returned for a second visit 3 weeks later ..hair was stunning after Trina did color, deep conditioning and a silk press. Price is comparable to the service, time and products used-No issue with the cost of my visits. The salon itself is well maintained and clean for the size and amount of clients that I have seen come in and out during my visit. Was treated extremely well and got in right away no waiting and the hair stylist was amazing! ? I love my hair cut. I dont go very often to get my hair cut but this made me want to go back in a couple of months
