Gave this place another try and went to Rita this time, she did a great job, took her time and did exactly what I requested. I went to the older lady the first time and she rushed, made my eyebrows extremely thin,m.
I posted a review earlier because my daughter had a bad experience at this location. Afterward, we were referred to the other location. Upon arriving to the other location, they did a wonderful job in fixing my daughter’s eye brows. Aside from that, the owner personally called me to apologize and asked what he could do to make it right, including giving us a refund. Very pleased with the owner, making it right and the second location fixing my daughter’s eyebrows.
Had a very pleasant experience at this location. Once arrived it was empty but the lady was very attentive and did an excellent job at delivering exactly how I wanted my brows! She even recommend a natural remedy for growing more hair on my eyebrows.
So glad I tried this place since my regular place had been closed.
