I had a wonderful experience when I saw Dr. Lieu yesterday in Mesquite. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I trust his insights and skills. His office staff were all helpful, numerous, and friendly at all times. I was quickly seen, and when I left the office, I was reminded that I would receive notification for a yearly follow up visit. I am very satisfied with my visit. Everything was straightforward and the doctor was very helpful. The only thing that I would add is that I don't have and experience with any doctor they can tell me what I can expect from my body by continuing to keep my sugar very long. All I keep hearing is what people that are diabetic go through as far as pain and suffering. I want to hear from somebody who has successfully gone through diabetes and at the other end is healthy.
I had an excellent experience at Retina Specialists. I am a new patient, and everything went so smoothly at the check in. This continued through my initial eye testing, seeing 2 different technicians. All were so considerate and professional. I was then taken to Dr. Lieu’s exam room and met with Dr. Lieu who explained, in laymen’s terms, my condition. He also shared the surgical method that would be used, and answered my questions thoughtfully. I appreciated his patience and expertise. Highly recommend this medical office!
