I had one of the best experiences here weeks ago. I came here due to my dress malfunctioning literally on my way to an event. The store clerk(NHU) took her time to assist me. I was able to find the needle and thread I needed which was thicker. All of this last min and she went above and beyond. I will plan a trip just to go back and say thank you again. Over the top Customer service always win. Ppl will remember when you do them really badly but they also remember over the top care. And this was over the top customer service. Unfortunately this store is too far from me so I order most of my items but I will make it my duty to go out there and get beauty items from time... read full review

I have been coming here for the past year and it’s always nice and affordable. The staff are always very helpful and nice! Lastly, the prices are always reasonable!!! They have the best wigs as well!!

I had a great experience at Queens Beauty Supply in Mesquite. The store is well-stocked, easy to navigate, and the customer service was excellent. Tammy was especially wonderful—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!
