As usual, Pretty Cool AC is responsive and prompt. The Tech showed up right on time and was professional and very knowledgeable. He completed his task in a workmanlike manner and kept me informed the entire time. Pretty Cool AC always gets my highest recommendation for quality, cost, and customer service.
Pretty Cool AC does a really professional job of installing their air additions. The installation on the left is pretty cool AC and the one on the right is another company installation. Pretty cool came to my house and installed a new air condition and the other one I sent back because it was defective and very unprofessionally installed. I am very happy that I contacted pretty cool AC. I will be using them again in the near future
I happened to find Pretty Cool after doing a Google search for A/C company’s when our A/C was struggling to keep the house cool. Joesph was able to come that day and was very thorough.
