Our a/c went out unexpectedly and thankfully Penacrux was able to come out same-day for an assessment. Our ancient motor finally blew, so he returned the next day with a motor. He saved us thousands on a system replacement, which we're not ready for yet, but will undoubtedly be coming soon. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Quick response time, quality work, and great customer service. It’s hard to find honest and reliable AC companies, but this was definitely one of them. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. I will definitely be referring them to family and friends and will use them again in the future if needed.

My service experience with Penacrux was very satisfactory. I had been disappointed with previous providers and had gone fishing for a new one, when I came across Penacrux and some very nice reviews. I took a shot out of the blue, and was very pleased with timeliness, courtesy, efficiency, knowledge and determination to satisfy, despite several obstacles with parts and a need to undo and redo previous work that had been less than useful. The technician did his job in a quiet and speedy manner and the unit has worked well since. Penacrux is now my regular service agent.
