I had a very frustrating experience as a new patient. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and I was specifically instructed to arrive 15 minutes early. I followed those instructions, but when I arrived, the door was locked. The front desk staff clearly saw me waiting but chose not to open the door, forcing me to stand outside until exactly 8:00 a.m. To make matters worse, I had already completed all of my paperwork online the day before, yet when I checked in, they claimed they couldn’t find it. First experience was great, this was the first doctor to show me my photos and explain what she saw. The hygienist Kris? Was so nice I thought I was going to be lectured but she was so encouraging, I left that day feeling amazing, thank you

My wife had an appointment today I just sat in the lobby while she was being seen, and I couldn’t help but notice how everything was run. There was a young guy I’m assuming he’s the manage who really stood out. He greeted every patient that walked in with a warm welcome and just had a super professional, positive vibes. You could tell he was handling a lot at once, but he still made time for people and didn’t make anyone feel rushed. It’s not something you see everywhere, but it definitely made a difference. He seems like a great fit for this office and the area.
