What a great shop! I'm very particular when it comes to who and how about my hair cut. Been coming here about 7-8yrs. They're nice and courteous too. I also bring my grandkids. My son loves it here too. I highly recommend this salon!

Very friendly and welcoming experience! I had my hair colored and cut. Lupita does a beautiful layered cut! I’m new to Texas and so happy I found Lupita’s!

My son and husband have gone here many times and more than most of those times they are left exactly unsatisfied with their haircuts or beard trims, usually the owner does a good job and another lady, but tonight they weren't in and some other ladies were, I can't stay quiet. 1st my husband showed a photo of exactly what he wanted for his beard and the lady did NOTHING close to it! 2nd my son has always gotten his hair mid-long cut he specifically stated how he wanted his length and instead of doing what he wanted the lady cutting his hair kept going shorter. They knew they messed up, they noticed my son's unhappiness and kept trying to calm him by saying how handsome he looked, no just no, if you don't know how to listen to your clients preference or don't know how to do what they want, then don't touch them! A charge that has been at most $65 for both cuts and beard trim came to $80. My child and husband will no longer go here, 8yrs of coming here and half satisfied is one thing, but completely ignoring what they say is another!
