This review is sort of a silver lining. I originally ordered flooring from the Plano location and it was so completely screwed up that it didn’t even make me angry. All I could do was laugh. You literally could not make up the craziness and dysfunction there. This is where the Mesquite location stepped up and truly shined. In just a matter of minutes, the manager in Mesquite was able to solve multiple issues on different orders (something Plano could not do in over a month). She single handedly restored my confidence that I would receive all of the material that I had ordered and paid for.
