FERSA has done a great job serving several of my real estate clients in the metroplex. I have them out often for inspections, repairs and even replacements when needed. I find their service to be professional and fair. Never alarmists but always clear on the issue(s). Their rates are also very competitive. They also just completed a full replacement of the HVAC for my clients in Coppell and did a great job!
No words can express how Amazing service was, came out on a Saturday night, within 15 minutes of calling, made repairs quickly, very thankful for their service ,our grandmother is on hospice, could not go without air, technician was very nice and professional had everything he needed on truck, thank you Luis.
