This is the worst cleaners I’ve ever been to, I came here November 30th of 2023. And I dropped off 3 coats , a black coat, an old navy coat and a neiman-Marcus fur coat that I needed sown on the inside. The guy told me to leave $50.00 deposit and that he could fix it. I came back December 5th and he only gave me my black and old navy coat and said that the fur coat was not ready and he would call me when it was ready. I never received a call so I came back December 21st and they couldn’t find the coat and told me they would call me again, NOBODY called. I came back January 18th 2024 and it came up. The guy charged me $70.00 and I trusted the business enough to not look at it until today January 23rd my jacket was cut in half and reduced all the way to the waist as well as my arms, they stole half of my jacket and when I went back to tell the guy he refused to pay me the full $120.00 which he should have offered way more because he knows that they cut my jacket in half. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! You can clearly see the stitching on the outside, this jacket is of no use to me now

After several thousands of dollars spent with this company over 23 years, they messd up my white pants. I bought them back & they look worse than before. The owner refuses to replace them & tells me thats better than before & that's good enough for me. See They have not heard the end of this! Don't take your clothrs there & think they care because they don't.

I took several duvets, bedding sets and a fee blouses and sweaters that needed to be laundered and dry cleaned. When I got around to putting a bedding and duvet set on my bed, I noticed a massive yellow stain in the center of my white and navy duvet cover. I called one of the owners on the phone to explain the situation, and they asked me to bring it in for inspection. I brought it back, along with the paid receipt. You could still see the folds on my cover, showing it wasn't on my bed for long. The two owners argued with me saying they didn't clean the duvet, and I needed to come back another day so they could ask their cleaning lady that does the laundry if she remembers it being serviced. At first they tried to act as if they didn't see a problem with the cover, which you can clearly see a massive stain larger than 3ft in circumference. They argued that since it didn't have the tag stapled to it that they put on, it wasn't cleaned there. The tag was removed and brought in with the receipt. They made no effort to reclean or pay for the damage. It was a new $150 duvet cover! When I came home I inspected the rest of the items they cleaned, since they were all winter tops, I had put them away in the plastic for next year. I'm so glad I checked, because one of my very nice cashmere tops had two bleach droplet stains on it. They refused to acknowledge that as well! That still had the tag stapled to it and in their plastic! They just kept denying that it was them even though my bank account shows their charge, their receipt and their tags. I do not recommend trusting anything of value to them at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked for an alteration and the owner said I had to prepay. When I asked her what would happen if I was dissatisfied when I picked up my order she said that she didn’t care. She had a bit of an accent so I repeated “you don’t care?. She said no. Prices also way too high. Really unfortunate because it’s right by my house. I suggest going elsewhere!
