Having a lot of pain and uncertainty about being in the dentist chair. I meet two wonderful people that took care of me and starting me on a plan to get my smile and teeth back to normal. Dr. Pakalapati was very understanding and helpful with giving me a plan and she was very considerate of my pain and how I felt about my teeth. PA Synea with her beautiful smile and hair took my X-rays and when she had to take some more pictures and saw the pain I was dealing with she took her time and made sure I was comfortable as I could get and we got those X-rays done. Dr. Pakalapati, Chelsea (the hygienist), and Jackie (the dental assistant) were all incredibly kind, informative, and compassionate. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My exam and first visit was such a calming, positive experience, and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe.
If you’re nervous about going to the dentist or simply looking for a new dental office, I highly recommend this location.
Everyone was so nice! Front desk girls got me in quick, and from start to finish everything was easy. Once we figured out what I needed they helped me sign up for their insurance and started my dental work same day!
