Arrived in excellent condition. All bulbs are intact. Received in a timely manner. Well packaged to protect the bulbs. They were accurate to the illustration. Thank you for carrying the iridescent wide based chandelier bulbs. They can be quite hard to find at times and I now have a dependable source!
I bought two LED tube light fixtures to replace two obsolescent fluorescent light fixtures. One arrived missing an essential clip and I sent an email to customer service. 2 days later the clip arrived. Really prompt service, and much appreciated, especially since my order was so small in relation to the huge customers they cater to. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars.
They have a vast range of light fixtures and LED tubes of all kinds but many come in minimum 25 per pack . That is not suitable for a residential customer where once 2-4 tubes are replaced, it'll be "forever" before they need a replacement, given the long life of the tubes. We live in Hawaii and I needed to purchase some replacement ceiling can LED fixtures for our condo buildings on behalf of the HOA. I found two lighting supply shops here in Honolulu who were willing to order these, but the shipping costs would have been about $300 for 48 pieces. 1000Bulbs offered these fixtures for less than the local supplier, had them in stock, and the shipped via FedEx for only $105! I received the lights in less than a week! Many thanks to Account Manager Leia Bush. She was wonderful to deal with on the phone, and she made sure everything with my order was correct. She was both professional and friendly, a hard combination to find.
