Best customer service!! They take my dog inside themselves without me having to get off my vehicle! All I did was park and call them. I didn't have to wait 2 hours like the other place. I found the perfect place for my dogs!! Yay!!

I love the doctor and I love how fast and reasonable the prices are. I hate that we cannot go in with our animals because I would like to see what’s happening and talk to the doctor face to face. I also hate the receptionist super rude and hardly relays information and the phone lines are always busy!!! It’s super frustrating.

Great clinic with a knowledgeable vet! I like how they tell you prices upfront and are very transparent. My only complaint is I wish it would go back to the way they were pre-covid. They no longer do in person; it is curbside service.

Prices are reasonable but poor customer service. They have not digitalize or updated their processes. They wont email or fax records and are not available online. I'm not sure why they aren't trained to save documents to pdfs and be able to email shot records. What an inconvenience to customers.

We've been bringing our cats and dogs to Weslaco Animal Clinic for years and have always had good experiences. Our pets are happy, the staff is always professional and helpful, and Dr. Ruiz is great with the animals and with us. She is thorough with her examinations and tells us what all of our options are -- and she explains what the pros and cons are in ways that I can understand.

I had a very frustrating experience at this business. While the doctors are fine and the prices are reasonable, the communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. They have a specific protocol for how things are done, but none of it is posted online or clearly explained when you call.

For example, when you ask for an estimated arrival time, they simply tell you to call when you get there. However, when I arrived and tried calling multiple times, the line was consistently busy, and no one answered. After three attempts, I was told I should have called—but I did call, and there was no way to get through. A simple messaging service or better phone system could easily resolve this issue, but instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses.

One of their veteran technicians, in particular, was extremely rude and condescending when I pointed out this problem. Rather than offering any solutions, he seemed more interested in being difficult than actually helping customers.

If they improved their communication system and customer service, this place could be much better. Until then, be prepared for frustration if you visit.

I definitely recommend Weslaco Animal Clinic, I’m a busy mom with kids and pets at home. If you’re looking for convenience , affordability and fast service this is your place. I don’t go anywhere else. This is the place for me.❤️😻 🐶 Thanks Jessica and Ray.

Extremely satisfied with Weslaco Animal Clinic! Initially brought one of our family cats here to get neutered and after the first visit, we didn’t hesitate to bring our second cat for the same service. The procedure went very well, great communication. I appreciate the service being provided! 🙏🏽
