Overall, pet care is regarded as good once clients are able to access it.
My cat needed treatment for an open wound. I was surprised to learn that they still only do curbside care. Regardless, they came to my car took her in, explained everything to me over phone gave me a price for the recommended treatment. She was treated, and brought back to my car with a prescription within 30 minutes. Unbelievable! Quick, thorough, very satisfactory service and I never had to get out of my car. Highly recommend!
I took my anxious, very nervous dog in for her annual vaccines and blood work for heartworm prevention, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. She can become aggressive when she’s stressed, so vet visits aren’t easy for us.

Best customer service!! They take my dog inside themselves without me having to get off my vehicle! All I did was park and call them. I didn't have to wait 2 hours like the other place. I found the perfect place for my dogs!! Yay!!
