In the past 7 months I lost my aunt and my mother. Both times I chose to hire this establishment to assist with their arrangements. This LAST time, I went was for my mother. The employees there chose to carry a rude and dismissive attitude towards me anytime I called to ask for information. The impression that was left on me was as if they were inserting themselves into family matters. Nothing that pertains to them. Very unprofessional would not recommend this establishment to anyone grieving a loved one. They are money driven and don't understand the difference between a professional matter and a personal matter. There are plenty of decent human beings that could better service a person in need besides the Garcia-Trevino funeral home. You're response Mr.Garcia is still rude and threatening. This is how your conduct business. My problem stems from how your staff speaks to your clients. And with the response that you have given displays the attitude that I am talking about.
