Quick reply initially, but service plummeted afterwards. Promised an extension filing, never did, and ceased communication, even after complaints about the silence. Extension deadline missed. Avoid.

Although I am still trying to get into see Mr. Hopkins (no fault of his) he called me within 1/2 hour of getting my email and we discussed my tax problem. He was most kind and said if I could get my helper to put the necessary paperwork together he would have one of his employees pick it up....I do not live around the corner-so that was a great kindness. Unfortunately I have had to go under another medical procedure and I do not "yell" at those who help me with paperwork. Eventually, I hope to go into his office and get my taxes done for the past 2-3 years. JoAnna J

Neil does not disclose his fees prior to filing your taxes. He has horrible communication and even worse customer service. Our taxes were filled incorrectly and then we were charged to correct them which is ridiculous! Do not use this CPA you will regret it!
