Dan was such a great 3rd party home inspector. He was highly recommended by my Facebook HOA group (20+ people). I was due for my 11 month home warranty inspection. He had plenty of availability, was responsive through email, text, and phone call. His pricing was completely fair. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and the icing on top was that my two toddlers followed him everywhere throughout the house and he was happy to answer all of their 15,000 questions!
