The Haynes team did an excellent job! Ivan came out and inspected our system and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything how our new controller worked and showed us how to operate it.

Very good first impression! Their professionalism was evident from the initial phone call, the follow-up email, punctuality, and quality of the work. It's a plus that only my wife was home during the repair, and she was very comfortable and found their explanations clear and helpful.
