From the front desk to the assistant that takes you back to the room, to the dentist that works on me, it’s always with care and respect… I am 86 years old and this is the environment that is comforting

Reading through the reviews you can tell they have been asked for recently and from individual that normal don’t review. Which is fine. It’s smart but my family did not experience this level of amazing in our 3 visits there.
We had front office issues galore from miscommunication multiple times, to lack of knowledge to sub par coming service.
We had a terrible experience in the cleaning side of it as well from very rough care to nonchalant approach to caring about comfort.
I’m sure there are very happy people here and after 3 visits we tried our best as well. But this location was def not for us.

Unfortunately, this was a below par experience for me. I will say that I do have 2 family members who have had a total of 3 Good experiences, but my 1st Visit was not great.
Hygienist may have been new, but she never even introduced herself, so I don't know her name. She also didn't provide instructions or make requests like "Open wide" or "hold this between your teeth" -- okay-- YES I do know what to do, Ive been to a dentist plenty of times but it's very off putting to have someone NEW just stick an object up to your face and look at you expectantly...... then knowing those dang bitwings can hurt she said she'd hurry then proceeded to move very slowly. Only for my xrays to be added to her prior pts chart- simple mistake? that got fixed eventually.
The Spinning Picker water tool getting stuck between my 2 front teeth was the worst of it, very painful- I had to jerk away to dislodge the thing before the friction burned my gums. Mid cleaning, Dentist came over to interrupt, and then Hygenists finished though seemed to have no methodology to the order in which she cleaned my teeth. Pretty sure many did not get cleaned as she would jump from top corner to bottom front then other top cheek side and back to top front and then to bottom corner-- just pingponging all around. Any way, it's over and I'll likely find a new place to go.

Sarah, Taylor, and the Dr. today, were all friendly, pleasant and professional. They make you feel welcome at this dental office. Sarah always has a great smile and a pleasant disposition when you walk in. Taylor is the hygienist extraordinaire, she has a welcoming personality. Taylor reviews what will take place during your visit, and explains what she is doing. I forward going to this office, the doctors and the technicians, care for their patients.

As always, whether it’s a cleaning, a cavity, or having to get a crown. The care is always exceptional.

The good people at Haight Family Dentistry are skilled professionals. But just as importantly, they are warm, kind and (VERY importantly) gentle. My experience with them has been consistently positive and I highly recommend them.

My experience here was great! The staff is friendly, they are very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home.

Dr. Bennett and his staff were WONDERFUL! They were all so welcoming, attentive, & thorough in everything they explained to me. They put me at ease the moment I walked thru the door.

Everytime I visit this office I'm delighted by their welcoming atmosphere, knowledge and expertise!

I have been going here for years. The staff is great!
