“I normally never post a review but I was compelled to post this one because Blue Water did an outstanding job. I called for a repair to a non-working station (2) and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Austin called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, of course that was great (doesn't always work for some people but in this case an early arrival was welcomed). Austin found my problem immediately; it was a loose wire. Austin could have left but instead offered to check out my entire system. Austin and Jason found bubbling water at three sprinkler heads which of course means a broke line. He repaired one and capped two that we didn't need. He then checked all heads, cleaned and or replaced filters and changed caps where necessary to redirect water where needed. I requested he dig and cap three additional heads in a specific area. Austin suggested that I just shut them off in the event that I might need them in the future. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. He could have easily worked longer and billed more. He was more concerened that I might change my mind and need those heads at a later date (I think he might be right). I'm glad I didn't cap them underground. This system was here when this place was purchased and needless to say has never worked better. A BIG thank you to Blue Water and to AUSTIN. I was extremely impressed with this young Mans' work ethics and knowledge. I highly recommend Blue Water Nursery and Irrigation.“
