This visit was probably the best experience yet. Drew was very engaging. Great conversation back and forth while he was helping to take care of the couple of customers in the bays while Tre (sp?) - he was wearing a shirt with Cesar on the tag but I believe he said his name was Tre - was very diligent and friendly as well. Great job and thanks to both of you!
Overall positive experience. I went early in the morning and it wasn’t busy. The process was efficient and I was able to wait in my car while they changed the oil. The staff was personable and respectful during the oil change
Received great service from Asst. Manager Michael and his team. They took the time to explain things to me and at no time did they try to “upsell” me. Just prompt and polite service. Thanks, y’all!
