I had a few problems with the equipment I rented from here but Carly and the front desk really helped me out and didn't charge extra fees for equipment pickup and even discounted the rent for all the problems we had. Also thank you Luis for coming out so quick to help me out. Next time I'm looking for rental equipment I'll definitely come back here. Thank you Carly and Luis.
The guys at the McKinney location are knowledgeable, available, approachable, and have well-maintained equipment. I’ve rented several different pieces of equipment and found that the jobs all got done without a hitch. I can’t say the same for a competitor of theirs on 380, so I suggest you try these guys first.
