Accessing my bank account for a payment whenever they had no right. I did a one time payment and they decided they could just take more when ready. So don’t use your bank card to make a payment

Collections is you next stop with them. I did not receive any mail from them and now I have an outstanding balance in collections. Horrible hospital. Do your self a favor and avoid this hospital.

This is by far the worst hospital and emergency room i have ever encountered in my history of hospitals. Not only are they not up to par on any equipment or service but their billing department is the absolute worst. They send you a bill over the mail with a number which you must call to have your insurance information updated, HOWEVER once you call they ask you to go to a website instead. Even after you submit your information online they still send you to collections without notice because they state they didn't receive your insurance information. If you want to go to collections over anything, even if you have insurance, come to this hospital. If not go anywhere else.
