A lady by the name of Shanell was very rude and suggested I find another doctor. Called about Prescription refill was given a hard time. She was very rude. I tried to explain to her that the things she was telling me have not been in place for a long time. I have been with Texas health for a long time.

Unprofessional and useless. Seriously told my wife if she wanted to get her throat imaged she could but it would be a hassle for ‘allergies’. A week later we are having the masses in her throat biopsied. Bonus, the office staff is rude and absolutely WILL hang up on you while on hold if they don’t want to answer you.

Save your time and money and find anyone else.

Active duty Soldier refused medical care. Told by office and MD to call workers comp. The US Military doesn't have workers comp. Soldier explained she just need to be seen, cared for, and documented. In turn, she turn in the medical record to the MTF. Office refused care, this is the 2nd time. The office and or Doctors seems to be anti Military. If you're in the military I wouldn't recommend this office.
