Nick and his crew at Medlock were quick to set up testing of our lines, identifying that not only were our gas lines out of code and needed to be replaced, but we had a small gas leak we did not even know about. Last week, during the extreme freeze, the main line to my house froze and burst. Another plumber came out to look at the job, but for days I couldn't get them, or anyone else, to call me back to schedule a repair. I called Medlock Services, left a message, and they called back on the same day. They scheduled my repair, and actually arrived on time, fixed the pipe, and had my water back on within an hour. Their customer service and workmanship has been great, and I definitely will call them again. Thank you, Medlock Services!
