I’ve been coming here for years. Love the people here and their jobs. Although they don’t have matching colors but it’s ok, because there are brands out there colors in same brand and still does not match. Technician here are so helpful, they always help me find colors I wanted.
They have the worst selection of colors and have made absolutely no changes/improvements in the years I’ve been going. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere. There are so many better nail salons in McKinney/Frisco.
I love Grand Nail Salon on Custer!It was my first visit and I absolutely love the customer service. The manager, Tu, greeted my friend and I and took time to actually listen to our needs. He offered us drinks and sat down to soak nails as we waited for our stylists. The vibe is relaxed, not rushed, professional, warm, and friendly.I highly recommend Grand Nail Salon on Custer to those seeking a high end salon with outstanding customer service, and reasonably priced services!
