Wow! Im so impressed with Fencetastic. We hired them to install our driveway gate, they came out the very next day to do an estimate and gave us an estimate 2 days after that. We decided to move forward with them but were worried about lead times. Surprisingly they were able to fabricate and install the custom gate in 2 weeks, finish the motor installation and the fence a few days after that. Overall, we were surprised at the level of attention Meme and Addy gave the project. I saw Addy on the job site every day, usually multiple times a day. We hired Fencetastic for a unique project. Our fence wasn’t made of wood or vinyl like our neighbors, it matches our stucco house. The HOA revealed that we were in violation because our fence was falling apart after 15-20 years. Addy and meme were working in the neighborhood and they came by to take a look. They gave me multiple solutions at different price points and offered financing and payment options that were very attractive. We decided to uninstall the concrete panels, replace all the wood and reinstall the panels however after starting the project and removing the wood we found out that the concrete panels were completed rotted away and could not be reused....read full review
I had a family member reach out if I had known anyone that did fencing and I am glad I found Addy and Meme at Fencetastic. They both were on it when it comes to communication and being available whenever my uncle had a question. I appreciate small businesses that are attentive and care for their quality of customer service they offer, and these guys went above and beyond doing so. Thank you both so much for helping my uncle get his new vinyl fence fixed and replaced in such a timely manner! Highly Recommend these guys!
