I am giving the Comet Cleaners at Stacy and Alma Golden STARS!!! When I searched for the “right” place to have my daughter’s beautiful wedding dress cleaned, preserved and “heirloomed”, it was a frustrating process…until I remembered what an excellent job the Comet in my hometown, did on my beautiful dress, back when… From the professional, pleasant phone conversation about the process and reasonable pricing with Bill, to the face to face check in of the dress with Julia, I felt so comfortable and confident. The place was bright, smelled nice, was clean and easy to access. I was very impressed. As time passed, I would make calls to check and each person knew exactly or would call and check a “promised date. When more time passed, the owner, Scott, called me to explain why it was a timely process. My daughter’s dress had many layers. Also, so many weddings occurred during the summer and the company the use for this professional process has been in business for over 100 years, so they are very busy. But The owner, Scott, had his name put on my order so he could track it personally. Talk about easing a Mom’s heart! He went above and beyond and I appreciate him, as he owns several locations. He called me on his own time to keep me updated and I picked up her beautiful heirloom boxed dress, yesterday from the Stacy/Alma Comet Cleaners. It’s is so beautiful!!! And the company guarantees it to stay that way for 100 years as long as it stays. What a treasure! I cannot say enough about the excellent experience and outstanding care the people here showed! I was a happy customer at all times and they did this because this is a place that takes pride in excellence. Others I’d like to mention are Bailey, who made the sweet and cheerful calls and called to let me know the dress was ready. Julia, who checked the dress in. Gabby and Eva who helped retrieve snd assisted in checkout. And again, Scott, the owner. Thank you all for a job well done. I plan to leave more reviews.
