We went to a event in are neighborhood Arcadia Farms and the guy running the bounce house was very rude to my daughter. They were allowing 4 in at a time when she got on the 1st time she got on. Two kids were getting in the 2nd time so, I told her go ahead. When she got in he said get out picked her up and put her out( which she is 11 and didn't need him touching her). We asked for a explanation he said it was a family taking pictures so, no one else could go in. We were fine with that but, not hurting my daughters feelings and physically removing her . All he had to do was ask her to step out and wait till the next time. At that point her feelings were so, hurt and she wanted to leave ruining her day. She has social anxiety and peeple like that ruins the help I am getting her. I wouldn't recommend yall until you get kid friendly people to work there not people setting on there phone and getting a attitude with kids and parents who just wanted a explanation. The photo is from the train driver when we talked to him about it. He pulled his shirt out wide and said take a picture. My husband was told not to beat on the bounce house when he tapped it to get the bounce attendants attention who was on the phone to ask why he told our daughter get out and physically removing her. We had a great time until that happened. All he needed to do is communicate and my daughters feelings had not been hurt. She thought she did something wrong to have a grown man say get out and physically pick her up and put her out with no explanation or kindly asking her to get off until the next round not making her feel she did something wrong by being physically removed and told get out.
