I asked for someone who gives a gentle massage when I checked in for my appointment. The man who did my combo message (feet/legs and shoulders/back/neck) was very aggressive with the massage. I told him I didn't want a hard massage; he didn't speak English so he got the lady at the front desk. I told her "not hard; gentle massage please". This didn't seem to register. I stopped him a few times during my 60 minute massage and told him he was pressing too hard. It wasn't really a massage - more like him mashing his forearm and thumbs into my shoulders and neck. I could hardly sleep last night because my shoulder hurt so bad! If you like a hard, deep tissue massage - this is your place. I will not be going back.
Tommy did my message at 9pm right before closing and still did an amazing job!! I was shocked at how thorough and relieving the massage was. I really appreciated his attention and care 10/10!!
