I used On Point the first time in 2016 for clothes dryer repair and house dryer vent clean. They were the only company I found who work work with my work hours and service my dryer after 4 PM in Belton. They were professional and repaired my dryer and cleaned the vent for reasonable price. Kept their card on my dryer and Recently the clothes dyer again was not drying properly for a couple of months. Called them this March 2025 and the same 5 star professional service for the clothes dryer and house to outside dryer vent clean.

I should have asked for the man’s name but I spaced doing so. I had a service appointment this morning for a microwave that would not power on and a broken oven door glass. He was very quick and friendly. This company does air conditioners as well.
Last week, I had a different company out for my AC. Their repair man made me feel very uncomfortable from the moment I opened my front door. I was feeling nervous leading up to todays appointment with not knowing the person who would be coming in to my home as a direct result of the problems from the other company.
On Point’s tech could not have been any more different than my interaction with the other company a week ago. I felt at ease having their technician in my home. Today’s service will need a follow up when parts are in. I will be happy to have them back in our home. I have already saved the number so that the next time we have an AC or appliance have issues, we can call them directly to schedule service.
