Apparently you have to be in a car crash to get the kind of service I have read on the reviews. I wish I would have gotten the same. I am very unhappy with my case and how it was handled and will be in pain the rest of my life!

Great customer service and attitude! Ms. Clarisa was very courteous, and I always received updates along my case. Not once did I receive an attitude or signs of fustration from the team. On the contrary, all my questions and doubts were answered.
