I highly recommend - I had gotten a super bad keratin treatment and needed to get the product washed out ...I could tell my hair was lifeless even prior to what the previous salon did to my 4c hair. Thank God I was able to get a detailed moisturizing and shampoo wash and my ends cut to perfection. I would have rather lifeless hair if I did not come here after I went to the previous salon and got a keratin nightmare. Jay knew how to comb my 4c hair and to detangle it unlike the previous salon. Im so glad I came here to regenerate my hair. I do regret not coming here first..but I know that they cared and took their time and I'm glad I got to still come to nurture my hair...read full review
I went in as a walk in and got the best, calmest service. Jay attended me and suggested ideas for my hair and I ended up loving it. 🙏😁 10/10 would recommend.
Xclusive Hair Salon is great! I went to get my haircut last week and Jay was so attentive to my wants and desires for my new haircut. I described to him what I wanted and he tried his best to make it happen. He constantly checked in with me asking if I wanted my hair cut shorter, if I wanted more layers etc which I feel like is not usually the experience I receive when I get my hair cut. He spent so much time adding the changes I wanted and was pleased to do it! I felt like he genuinely wanted to achieve the image I had in mind. Would definitely come here again!
