I brought my dog in because he was really itchy and had a concerning spot on his paw. The vet was incredibly attentive and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He was thorough with the exam and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how personable and caring the doctor was—not just with my dog, but with me as well. I left feeling confident in the care we received. Highly recommend!

Nice Vet, and honest. My original vet I used to take my dogs to, was charging me 3500 dollars to repair a bone fracture on Pearls after she got runned over. So, we went to check prices and ended up with him. He told us basically after some examinations that the dog would heal on her own, and to just isolate her and keep her resting for at least three week. And sure enough, pearl is running faster than before, thanks God and this honest vet. We basically live about a block away from a vet but we rather travel all the way to his place for our dogs.

My experience with Dr. Thielen and his staff is five star. He squeezed me in for a street pup with bad mange. He is a professional with your pet(s) health and welfare as their priority.
