shoutout to Karoline and Cynthia for being absolute lifesavers! I walked in kind of overwhelmed, but they were both so kind and really knew their stuff. They helped me find the perfect match for the new Benefit foundation (I saw it on TikTok) and even gave me tips on how to apply it so it actually looks good on my skin. The whole convo felt super chill and fun, like I was just hanging out with friends who happen to be beauty experts. Definitely left with a smile😆

Yesterday I was greeted by Karoline as soon as she saw me! She immediately helped me find what I needed, gave excellent advice about products I was unfamiliar with, and was super sweet and fun to talk to. Thank you for all your help, Karoline, you’re my fav :)

I went into the store yesterday and was helped by Mario. He was super helpful and extremely professional. He gave me honest tips and gave me the confidence to try other products I wouldn’t have tried before. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive just honest. I appreciated his patience and kindness. He took his time and explained every product and how to apply it. I’m so glad he was there when I went in.
